Partnerships That Turn Innovation into Action
FuelTree collaborates with public institutions, industry participants, technology providers and development partners to translate digital infrastructure into practical solutions. Our partnership model recognises that sustainable energy transformation requires coordinated participation across institutions, businesses and communities.
Flagship Engagement — NCRP
Strengthening Cylinder Safety, Traceability and Market Coordination.
The National Cylinder Recirculation Programme (NCRP) is a Standards Organisation of Nigeria-led national initiative designed to strengthen LPG cylinder safety, lifecycle management and market transparency. FuelTree serves as the appointed Programme Operator and technology provider, supporting implementation through its proprietary vCRM digital infrastructure.
The programme seeks to connect participating cylinder manufacturers, requalification facilities, LPG industry operators, regulators and consumers within a coordinated system for cylinder identification and lifecycle traceability. It is also intended to support broader national ambitions around safer LPG use and expanded access to cleaner cooking solutions.
FuelTree’s Role in the NCRP

Programme implementation
Supporting the coordination and delivery of the programme across participating stakeholders.
-
Digital infrastructure

Regulatory oversight, standards, certification, licensing and enforcement remain the responsibility of SON and other competent authorities within their respective statutory mandates.

We welcome opportunities to work with organisations seeking solutions in asset traceability, system interoperability, operational intelligence, programme delivery and last-mile energy enablement. Our approach is technology-led, commercially collaborative and designed to accommodate different operating models.
